Monica is a human rights defender ,feminist and activist with 13 years experience in community development. Indigenous women and girls initiative seeks to build the capacity of women and girls to enable them challenge gender stereotypes in the society. through livelihood diversification initiatives it has reduced climate change vulnerabilities ,women are confident and has also  reduced violations and inequalities. from this training She would like to reach to more women and girls in Kenya
