Milton is a climate change advocacy practitioner.

He has worked over the last eight years with the stakeholders and government on drafting enactment and implementation of the climate change policies. Recently he was engaged in helping the county governments establish climate change fund mechanism, A policy framework that enables the counties to put in place a climate change fund to be able to address climate change through adaption actions.

 Milton Currently works with communities in Northern Kenya (Marsabit – Moyale Sub-county) to strengthen their resilience to climate change disasters and hazards such as droughts, floods, emergence of pandemics and improve their livelihoods
