Biography

Michael Okok is a Research Manager at the National Environment Trust Fund, an organization that plays a key role in promoting climate innovations in the country. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology and Water Resources from Maseno University, Masters of Environment and Climate Change from Erasmus University, Netherlands and Masters in Environmental Studies from Kenyatta University.

Michael has strong interest in innovations for climate change actions and has published around the same on areas on renewable energy technologies, air pollution and forest governance. At NETFUND, he facilitates research on eco-innovations and technology development particularly those that contribute to climate change mitigations and adaptation
