I’m currently serving as the Climate Program Director at the film and impact company, Exposure Labs, overseeing the development and implementation of all climate work.
I’ve spent the past 20 years running local to global campaign offices for several organizations, developing dozens of digital & field campaigns for a variety of clients, and centering my work in building community & transformational change.
I lead with my values and ground my work in the Jemez Principles of Democratic Organizing, with particular emphasis on gender, climate, racial, and economic justice and shifting the conditions necessary to build power. I center the knowledge, stories, lived experience, and solutions of those most harmed by injustice and am committed to building capacity directly for communities carving towards a more just future.
