Biography

Leah is a born leader who has served communities in several communities in the country. Despite being a person living with disability, she has broken barriers and conducted community dialogues to deal with retrogressive issues, capacity develop children, youth and adults on dealing with emerging issues such as climate change.
 
She has mobilized a group of young people in reforesting the endangered Mau forest for four years in a row, the Kakamega Forest, Karura and Meru National park. She has engaged in sensitizing communities on clean energy such as use of solar lamps as opposed to other alternatives in the market. She would be delighted to physically attend the conference if possible.
