Biography

Jabri holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Environmental Conservation & Natural Resource Management from The University of Nairobi. He also holds a Law Degree (LLB) from University of Nairobi Law School where he specialized in Environmental Law, Energy Law & Climate Law.
 
He joins the Africa team of the UNFCCC High-Level Champions team having worked at the Stakeholder Engagement Team of the UNFCCC Secretariat & has prior multilateral experience working at UNEP, Red Cross Kenya & Crevit Mulier (a legal bureau based in Nairobi) as well as volunteering at Greenpeace Africa & the Kenya Environmental Action Network.
 
Jabri works to regionalize the High-Level Champions global initiatives to be fit for purpose and make sense for Africa. He specifically works on youth engagement and in the energy sector in Africa.
