Climate change researcher/Environmental studies and adaptation, Strathmore University – Energy Research Center

Hope is a Business Development Officer at SERC, focusing on developing new partnerships and nurturing existing ones in research, consultancy, and training portfolios.

Additionally, she takes part in research projects focusing on energy and climate finance. Prior to joining, Hope worked for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company where she was in charge of managing different client relationships.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Kenyatta University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Climate Change and Adaptation at The University of Nairobi. Outside of work, Hope enjoys singing and nature walks.
