Offering MSMEs loans to customers and ensuring financial education for free to ensure the customers benefit from the proceeds. The impact I intend to bring in is supporting customers to be more knowledgeable of the climate change impacts, possible action that they can take individually and collectively to mitigate this and putting more preference on businesses that are more environmental friendly.
