Doris is a feminist with a thirst for a just and equitable world. Doris who has a Diploma in Public relations and Journalism and media studies, practices communication and has over 9years experience in advocacy on sexual and reproductive health and rights.
She has been involved in advocacy work on SRHR and climate change including championing and promoting Gender Equality and governance. She advocates for elimination of unfair and discriminatory practices towards women such as sexual and gender based violence and challenges the patriarchal system.
Much of her work focuses on women and girls and embraces and promotes equitable development, human rights and women rights. She also uses media to promote an informed and gender responsive society through a professional and transformative media. Doris has authored nearly 100 publications.
