Francis is the principal consultant at Revamp Consulting Ltd, and the M&E advisor for “WE Can Fight Climate Change.”

He is a development specialist with a mainstay in strategy development and implementation, investment advisory, market systems development, policy analysis, and impact assessment.

Handling independent projects in project design, impact assessment, strategy and advisory in East Africa.

Francis is a Global Justice Fellow at Yale University and holds Master of Science degree in Finance and Investments, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance both from the University of Nairobi.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya.
